This is how you learn at CEAL

They combine professional insights with guided exercises and work on your introduction concept. In groups, you prioritize pilot applications and develop rules for the use of AI. You use your practical experience to plan communication and acceptance within the company.

VentureX: the AI operating system for small and medium-sized businesses

VentureX is the AI operating system curated by the Federal Association for AI Transformation e.V. for the medium-sized business sector. It combines work with business knowledge and the creation of content with attribution and human review. The technical foundation is provided by mAikit from QLero and U-KNOW.AI.

The goal of the course is the practical application of AI. From the first unit onwards, you will work with VentureX in a protected demo environment: you answer questions based on the information provided, create content, and test the results before deployment. This way, you will try out concrete tasks from your company and evaluate how AI supports your daily work routine.

You will receive your demo access before the start. You may only use your own company data with approved permissions and terms of use; alternatively, you can work with sample data.

Your result: an introductory concept

They develop a plan for their company with prioritized use cases, an elaborated pilot, data and security requirements, as well as roles and permissions. This is complemented by communication and qualification measures and a roadmap for six to twelve months.

You plan the first 90 days in concrete terms: What do you start with, who takes responsibility, and what do you measure success by?
