The provider and contractual partner is VentureX Team GbR, based in Hamburg, represented by the sole authorized shareholder Stephanie Iraschko-Luscher. These conditions apply to the Academy courses listed in the respective booking. The offer is exclusively intended for entrepreneurs within the meaning of \u00a7 14 BGB who book for their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Bookings for private purposes are not permitted. Those acting on behalf of a company must be authorized to complete the booking. Employees may book on behalf of their employer if they are authorized to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Federal Association for AI Transformation e.V. and the VentureX Team GbR are legally separate organizations. The designation VENTURE AI ACADEMY and a pro-member discount do not change the contractual partner. The association is not a contractual partner of the course through the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The contract includes these terms and conditions, the performance description applicable at the time of booking, and the information about the chosen course. These include the content, the teaching method, the dates, the scope, the price, the technical requirements, and the prerequisites for completing the course as announced. Individual agreements take precedence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The GbR provides the agreed teaching and organizational services and can employ qualified teaching staff for this purpose. No financial success in the company or a successful exam is guaranteed. A promised certificate requires the participation and exam requirements communicated before booking. The type and issuer of the certificate as well as the associated participation and exam requirements result from the performance description of the booked course. A certificate is only a university certificate if this is explicitly stated for the specific offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A claim for recordings or a later repetition of missed classes is only possible if this is explicitly included in the contracted service package. Recording of the classes and the release of recordings are not agreed upon in a lump sum with these conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before completing the booking, the customer selects the course, the duration, and the regular or pro price. The associated Stripe payment link displays the selected price and applicable taxes. The customer verifies their details and confirms that they are ordering for a business or for their self-employed professional activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The booking offer provided for the specific transaction is accepted by the customer through the payment-mandated order and the successful payment completion in the Stripe checkout. This concludes the contract with the GbR. A cancelled or unsuccessful payment does not constitute a completed booking. For payment methods with delayed confirmation, the conclusion of the contract is linked to the successful payment confirmation. The customer receives the booking and payment information electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One payment link applies to one place and one participant. An order for multiple places requires a separate offer. If the billing information and the participant differ, the customer must provide the GbR with the name and business email address of the participant. Simply listing oneself as a participant does not make that person a debtor for payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The price displayed at the time of booking for the selected route applies. The net price includes the legally required sales tax. The Stripe checkout displays the total amount before payment. The tax treatment may differ from a domestic booking, especially for cross-border business bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Payment is made through the payment methods offered in the Stripe checkout. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the total amount displayed is paid at the time of booking. The GbR provides the invoice electronically via Stripe. The customer must keep their billing and contact information up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pro member discount only applies if the specific course offering provides for it. Its amount is based on that offer. There is no uniform discount across all courses. The eligibility is determined by active pro membership in the Federal Association for AI Transformation e.V. at the time of the binding booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For company bookings, the invoice recipient must be an active Pro Member themselves. A personal Pro Membership for an employee does not automatically entitle their employer to the Pro price. When booking for self-employment, the Pro Membership must be clearly linked to the self-employed person making the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anyone who books at the pro price confirms the existing entitlement during the checkout process. The discount is immediately applied. This self-declaration does not replace the subsequent personal verification by the GbR. Upon a justified request, the customer must provide the necessary information for the assignment or appropriate proof. Further information regarding data processing can be found in the separate privacy notices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the examination reveals that there was no authorization at the time of booking, the GbR will explain the result to the customer and give him\/her the opportunity to clarify or provide proof. Missing or ambiguous information will not be treated as proof of a missing membership without further inquiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the authorization is not granted, the customer is additionally obligated to pay exclusively the difference between the regular price applicable at the time of booking and the pro-price already calculated, including the applicable sales tax. The GbR will invoice this difference separately. The recalculation is due within 14 calendar days after receipt of the invoice. No penalty or additional processing fee will be charged. There will be no automatic additional charge to the payment method used by Stripe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer ensures that the participating person meets the professional and technical requirements specified in the service description. For online instruction, a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and the necessary equipment for the platform announced are required in particular. We use Mighty Networks for the learning organization; online sessions take place via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Which application is used for a specific appointment depends on the respective invitation. Special additional software or additional costs are only included in the contract if explicitly mentioned before booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Access links and personal learning accounts must not be passed on without permission or used by multiple people for the same booked space. Participants respect the rights of others and do not enter personal data, business secrets, or proprietary content of others without sufficient authorization in exercises or AI tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer can nominate an appropriate substitute from their company before the course begins, provided that they meet the participation requirements published. The GbR does not charge a processing fee for this. In the event of a change of the invoice customer, a separate agreement is required; a possible pro-authorization will be reviewed again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For resignation and termination, the statutory provisions apply. An additional contractual cancellation fee is not agreed upon with these conditions. Please inform us in team@bundesverband.ai advance if you intend to cancel. Insofar as, in accordance with the statutory regulations, a claim for compensation remains despite non-participation, in particular saved expenses and other uses of the freed capacity will be taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The right to terminate the contract for important reasons and other mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. The restriction on business customers does not affect special statutory protection provisions, in particular a distance learning protection law applicable on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If an agreed teaching unit becomes impossible due to the absence of a lecturer or any other disruption that the GbR is unable to avoid, the GbR informs the customers and offers a reasonable alternative service or a new date. Any significant changes to the content of the service or the booked timeframe require the customer\u2019s consent. Any exchange of the course or a unilateral price change are not provided for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the GbR is unable to provide the course permanently, it will refund the remuneration received for it. In the event of a permanent partial failure to provide the course, the billing will be made in accordance with the statutory regulations. Other statutory claims of the customer remain unaffected. A minimum number of participants only entitles the GbR to cancel the course if this possibility and a specific cancellation deadline have been separately agreed upon before booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants may use the provided teaching materials for their personal professional development and the implementation of the learned material. No rights are granted for public dissemination, sale, or the conduct of their own training using other materials. Legally permissible uses remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Confidential information of other participants and companies may not be used or disclosed outside the course without permission. Own recordings, transcripts, and automated transcriptions are permitted only with the prior express consent of all concerned individuals and in compliance with applicable rights. Booking does not grant any advertising or publishing permission for images, voices, names, or work results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The GbR explains the processing of personal data in its privacy notices for academy bookings and course participation. The cooperation partners of the booked course also receive participant data, insofar as this is necessary for their tasks in organizing, conducting, supporting, examining, or certifying courses. This may include name, business contact details, company affiliation, and necessary attendance and performance certificates. The privacy notices explain recipients, purposes, and legal bases. This is not associated with a general license for advertising or use for partner-owned offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For violations of obligations and claims, the statutory provisions apply. These terms and conditions do not contain any additional limitation of liability.
